Profile development
Translating your functional requirements into an extrudable profile: wall thicknesses, radii, symmetry and the consequences for the die.

Frames, guides, housing profiles and load-bearing structures, supplied cut to length.
Finned profiles for heat dissipation. See heatsinks & thermal management.
Cutting to length, drilling, tapping and milling of pockets and mating faces.
Anodising, powder coating or painting for protection and appearance.
Machined, treated and optionally assembled, ready for mounting.
Extrusion suits parts with a constant cross-section: profiles, rails, housings and heat sinks. An extrusion die is usually simpler than a casting mould, so custom profiles can be attractive at more limited volumes too.
Many profiles only get their final function after machining: holes, tapped holes, pockets and cut lengths. Exten organises extrusion and machining as one route.
An extruded profile is rarely the end product. We align profile design, machining and finishing up front, so the position of holes, the anodised or coated layer and the dimensions match.
For thermal applications we combine extrusion with heatsinks & thermal management; for complete modules with assembly.
