Bolts, nuts, standoffs and clips, pre-fitted to the part.
Thermal interface materials applied in the correct position. See heatsinks.
Adhesive joints between parts or materials that cannot be joined mechanically.
Assembling several components into a functional module or sub-assembly.
Packed and labelled the way your production line needs it, optionally per set.
Every loose component means an extra purchase line, an extra incoming inspection and an extra assembly step. By delivering parts as a module, that work moves into Exten’s production chain, and you receive a part that can be installed directly.
We align the assembly with your mounting sequence and fix which components, fastening torques and checks belong to the delivery.
In practice this might be a copper heatsink with brass inserts and a pre-applied thermal pad, or housing parts delivered complete with inserts and fasteners.
We combine assembly with production and surface finishing in one chain, so finishing and assembly happen in the right order.
