CNC milling
Prismatic parts, housings, frames and precision components, from straightforward 3-axis to multi-axis work.

Rotationally symmetric parts such as shafts, bushings, pins and threaded studs, also combined with milling.
5-axis milling for complex geometries and parts that must be machined from several directions, in fewer set-ups.
Aluminium, steel, stainless steel, brass and copper, where strength, conductivity or wear resistance require it.
POM, PMMA, PP, ABS, PC and glass-filled plastics. See also engineering plastics machining.
Holes, mating faces and functional dimensions on cast parts. See aluminium die casting.
Because no mould is needed, machining is ideal for prototypes, final-material validation and pilot series. Design changes only cost programming time.
CNC machining is often the right choice for series work too: for precision parts, for volumes where a mould does not pay off, or for features that can only be machined. As quantities grow, we calculate the break-even point towards injection moulding or casting.
We assess complex geometries up front for access, clamping and material behaviour, so the part can be made in as few operations as possible.
Achievable tolerances depend on material, geometry and clamping. We agree them per drawing, indicate where a wider tolerance saves cost and fix them in the specification.
Finishes such as anodising, powder coating, blasting and engraving are organised in the same route, so you receive one complete part. See surface finishing.
